What This VPSandServer Agreement Covers
This Service Level Agreement (the "Agreement") expresses the terms and conditions under which VPS and Server will deliver, and the Customer will obtain, all or part of the Services ordered. Depending on the order, the Services may consist of hardware, data transfer capacity and any required administration.
The Agreement applies to the hosting services listed on our website, including VPS hosting, dedicated servers and shared web hosting. Detailed rules on delivery times, refunds, acceptable use and domains are set out in our Terms of Service, Delivery and Refund Policy, which should be read together with this page.
- HardwareThe server resources or hosting account described in your order.
- Data transfer capacityThe bandwidth and port allocation listed for the plan you selected.
- AdministrationAny administration or setup work that forms part of the order.
How the Order Form Defines Your VPSandServer Service
Under this Agreement, every service, feature and add-on is issued exactly as specified in the order form. The order form is the reference for what you are entitled to receive, so please review the plan, location, operating system and add-ons carefully before you complete payment.
There will be no difference between the service you ordered and the service delivered, in either type or specification.
Equal or Better Replacements by Mutual Agreement
In some cases a specific configuration may need to be substituted. When this happens, it is done only upon mutual understanding between you and VPS and Server, and the replacement delivered will be equal to or better than the service originally ordered.
If you have questions about what your order includes, or want to discuss a substitution, open a ticket with our support team through the client area so the agreed change is recorded against your service.
