VPSandServer Account Suspension and Abuse Policy

VPSandServer reserves all rights to suspend an account at any time, without prior notice, when we find that the account holder is acting against the specified rules. We have zero tolerance for spamming, scanning, phishing, hacking and similar activities. In such cases the responsible account will be suspended without notification and will not be unsuspended.

To avoid this, do not use nulled components and keep your scripts updated. These terms also apply to new products, special offers and services, and VPSandServer.com reserves the right to revise its terms, conditions and policies at any time.

Shared Web Hosting Terms, Refunds and Delivery

We provide shared hosting, VPS hosting, reseller hosting and dedicated hosting. These services are sourced from different data centers around the world, so any terms enforced by those data centers automatically apply to users who buy web hosting from us.

Shared hosting delivery: we process your order only once our system detects your payment, whichever payment method you used. After confirmation, delivery usually takes about an hour, but can take up to 24 hours. Account creation and sending of login details can take from 30 minutes to 24 hours after payment is confirmed, and accounts are created only after that confirmation.

• 30-day refund windowAfter an account is registered, payment is refundable within 30 days, which means your service must be terminated within those 30 days, and you must state the exact reason for the inconvenience.
• How a refund is calculatedIf you are not satisfied and request a refund before the end of the first month, a specific setup charge and the cost of the domain are deducted. Once the refund is approved, the domain panel and authorization code are delivered to you and the remaining amount is refunded. You must present a solid reason; if the issue did not originate on the hosting side, no refund is given.
• Non-refundable itemsThere is no refund on renewals, transfers or package upgrades. Domain registration and setup charges are not refundable.
• Website-side issuesNo refund applies when a problem lies in the client's website rather than on the hosting side, for example when an unoptimized website or database consumes excessive resources.
• ViolationsAn account can be suspended even in its first month, and no refund is admissible if a violation of company terms is found.
• UpgradesWhen you upgrade a web hosting package, you pay a one-time setup charge of USD 10 plus the price difference between the packages.
• Server transfers and changesTransferring hosting from one server to another costs USD 15. We usually do not change hosting once created, but where it is possible, a USD 15 setup charge applies and the renewal date remains the same as the original account.
• Database spaceAll packages include a maximum of 100 MB of database space. Additional space costs USD 10 per extra 100 MB.
• No custom configurationOur servers are configured with the most widely used components and extensions needed for most Windows and Linux applications. We do not offer custom configuration on shared hosting; for that, we recommend a VPS or a dedicated server.
• Renew earlyTo avoid disconnection, renew your package at least a week before the expiry date. After a package expires, no one can claim the backup or hosting data; whether it can be provided is at the company's discretion.
• Moving to another providerIf you move your hosting to another provider, the whole account and its data on our server will be removed, even if time remains before expiry. Before the expiry date you can return and receive a fresh hosting account until that date, so back up all your data before changing name servers or moving.

Backups and Content Not Allowed on VPSandServer Hosting

Save your backups regularly on your local systems to protect yourself from serious damage, because we cannot provide or assure backups in case of data loss or account deletion. VPSandServer.com is not responsible for any such mishap. Backups may not be kept on the server: download them to your local system, as backups created on the server are deleted 7 days after creation.

In case of misuse involving any of the items below, VPSandServer.com reserves all rights to delete or terminate your account at any time without notice. If someone does not follow these terms, their connection can be suspended without notification, and no refund can be claimed even within 30 days of purchase.

• Spam and scamsSpamming and scamming websites.
• Server backupsSaving backups on the server.
• Unlicensed contentThird-party content, copyrighted material, nulled scripts, and hacked or pirated software websites.
• Illegal and adult materialIllegal material and adult material.
• Religious promotionContent promoting any religion or sect.

Domain Registration, Renewal and Transfer Terms

To register a domain under your ownership, you need to provide your name, company name, phone number, mobile number, fax number, address, postal address and email address. Please provide correct ownership details, because each extension belongs to a registry with its own terms, and you may need to prove these details if a registry asks for verification. We are not responsible for a domain suspension caused by incorrect information.

Registration time frame: ordered domains are usually registered within an hour of payment confirmation, though some registries take longer. Generic extensions such as .com, .net, .org and .biz usually take no more than a day. Extensions such as .edu.pk and .gov.pk require document verification by the PK registry and take 5 to 7 days to become active after verification. See domain registration for available extensions.

• Multi-year and advance renewalsYou can renew a domain in advance or register it for more than one year. Some domains have a minimum term; for example, .pk domains can only be registered for two years, and the two-year amount must be paid.
• Unavailable or misspelled namesNo claim is admissible if the domain was registered by someone else before us, or if the name supplied by the client was misspelled.
• Resellers and agentsIf you bought a domain or package from our reseller or agent, contact them first about any inconvenience; in certain cases the company may step in to help resolve a defect.
• ExpiryIf renewal charges are not paid before expiry, the client cannot claim the domain. Whether renewal after expiry is allowed is at the company's discretion, and we may transfer that domain to someone else without the previous client's permission, since the charges paid covered only the registered period. Extra charges may apply after expiry, depending on the registrar's terms.
• Domain panel and EPP codeThe domain panel or EPP code is provided only when the client can confirm valid reasons for needing it.
• ID Shield and privacy protectionDomain ID Shield or privacy protection can be applied on request, once for free and USD 3 per request afterwards.
• No deletion or refundA registered domain cannot be deleted; a new registration would be required, and there is no refund for that domain.
• Document-verified domainsDomains such as gov.pk and edu.pk that require document authentication by the registry may involve processing charges. If complete documents cannot be provided and a refund is requested, service charges may be deducted.
• Registrar and ICANN termsWe register domains through different registrars such as domain.com, GoDaddy, resell.biz and PKNIC, so all terms enforced by these registrars, the registries and ICANN also apply to our clients and their clients.
• ICANN contact verificationICANN is gradually verifying the contact details of existing and new domains. If you cannot prove your WHOIS contact details when asked, ICANN will suspend the domain, and it cannot then be renewed or transferred. Check your WHOIS details with a lookup service such as whois.move.pk and contact us to correct them if needed.
• Renewals by agents and ownership changesDomains and hosting can be renewed by any agent or person. If ownership must change at renewal, the person paying should ask us to update the contact information so future correspondence reaches the right party.
• Transfer feeA domain transfer fee of USD 20 applies to .com, .net, .org, .info and .biz, paid by the receiving party.

Dedicated Server and VPS Terms at VPSandServer

All dedicated and virtual server orders are processed manually, so delivery of your server credentials can take from 6 to 72 hours. Payment terms for servers differ from shared hosting, so please read the points below before ordering.

Note: if payment is made in cryptocurrency, refunds are not available. However, any payment that requires reversal will be credited to your account for future purchases or renewals.

• Unmanaged serviceAll dedicated servers and VPS are unmanaged, so you manage them yourself. If you want our help with configuration or with resolving an issue, extra charges apply depending on the nature of the work.
• Port 25 and rDNSAbout 80% of data centers disable some default ports, such as port 25. If you need a default port, especially port 25, ask support whether it can be opened at your desired location before ordering, as there is no guarantee it will be opened after provisioning. Where port 25 is unavailable, rDNS/PTR records cannot be updated either.
• KYC for crypto paymentsIf you pay with cryptocurrency, we may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. Because crypto payments are non-refundable, failing to complete KYC verification may result in your order being declined without a refund. If you are not willing to provide valid KYC documents when requested, we strongly advise against placing an order.
• No out-of-band accessWe do not offer VNC or KVM out-of-band management access. Tasks such as hard reboots, reinstallation, rDNS entries and opening ports can be requested by opening a support ticket.
• Email bombingSending numerous identical messages to one address, adding someone to a mailing list without consent, or posting multiple irrelevant messages to newsgroups may lead the provider to block the user, with or without prior notice.
• Illegal useWe have zero tolerance for using servers for illegal purposes such as scanning, throttling, spamming, social engineering, adult material, copyrighted material, scamming, fraud or any other known or unknown abuse. Services will be terminated without notification and without refund, and all consequences rest with the client.
• RenewalsPay upfront for server renewal to avoid suspension or termination. Take care when renewing or enabling auto-renewal: payments are non-refundable, and the amount charged covers the paid period even if you cancel immediately. Pay only for the duration you plan to use. The minimum renewal period is one month, and in some cases three months.
